Clyde Hitchye
Clyde Hitchye is a lifelong resident of Tullahassee, where he was born, raised, and continues to reside today. He is the son of Roosevelt Hitchye and Mildred Hitchye, and has deep roots in the community that have shaped his lifelong commitment to serving his hometown.
Clyde attended Carter G. Woodson School, where he was an active student-athlete. During his school years, he played basketball and participated in track and field, creating lasting memories and friendships that remain important to him today. His time at Carter G. Woodson helped instill a strong sense of community pride and appreciation for the town's rich history and heritage.
A dedicated family man, Clyde raised his two children in Tullahassee, sharing with them the same values of community, hard work, and respect that have guided his own life. His love for the town and its people has never wavered.
Today, Clyde continues to serve the community as a current resident and board member for the Town of Tullahassee.
